2/6/18 I have had good service with Musician Friend and yes I have encountered a couple rude people but I have had many more nice reps to talk and address my issue. It's such a shame because I grew up ordering from this company with many great experiences but ever since being bought out by Guitar Center, it's absolutely horrid. It's no wonder their parent company Guitar Center just filed for bankruptcy protection. I ask about the refund and it can take 5-7 days... been a week and haven't seen a cent back from them. Musician's Friend has a consumer rating of 1.97 stars from 175 reviews indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. When I called about my replacement, they said nothing was ever set in place in regards to a replacement, just a refund upon return, and if I wanted to replace the damaged guitar I'd have to put another $200 charge on my card. I told them that was unacceptable and eventually I was able to get a swap for another guitar, and low and behold it was delivered with a damaged box and it was poorly packed, and it appears to be used as there are some minor scratches on the pick guard.
