What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 3pm and Check-out is 12pm.
There may be extra charge for early check-in or late check-out. Please contact front desk for any inquires.

When can I cancel a reservation by?
If reservation is cancelled 3 days before by 15:00, there is no extra charge. However, cancellation regulation differs depending on reservation options. Please check before making your reservation.

Is Baby Crib available for the rooms?
We provide baby cribs for babies under age of 6 months with advanced request. There is an extra charge.
For the babies just started walking, we kindly ask for parents attention.

Is cooking allowed in the rooms?
Electric pot is available for coffee and tea.
Induction stove and microwave are available for simple cooking in MARINE suites and Residence Double rooms.

Can we add one bed for 3 adults to use?
If there is an additional adult using the room, you must request for an extra bed with additional charge.

What is the maximum capacity of the room?
The standard capacity of a room is 2 adults.
Guests with children often use Oriental Deluxe rooms or Family Twin rooms.

Can I make a reservation for group event or banquet?
All events, small or big, such as enterprise events and group events (ex. seminar, workshop, alumni association) can be held.

What is the policy for BANQUET HALL?
Reservation is for minimum 30 people. 20% of total cost must be paid in advance as deposit.

Is outside food allowed?
Outside food is not allowed.

What is the policy for kids-café?
Kids-café is for all guests of the hotel.
Pets and outside food excluding baby food are not allowed for the safety.

What is the policy for the swimming pool?
Swimming pool is for all guests of the hotel.

How can I find lost item?
We are operating under Customer Lost Property Management Regulation according to Civil Code of Korea, Article 253 (acquisition of possession to lost property).
All lost items are delivered to hotel lost item center. After checking, it is returned to the guest.
